The 2022 Qualifying Paper Symposium

The Qualifying Paper Symposium is an annual event held by Bard Graduate Center to celebrate the completion of capstone projects by its graduating class. This brochure was designed to commemorate and document these achievements.

Key design elements are elongated dashes and strokes that reference the continuous format of the accordion folded interior, exaggerated word spacings that call back to the airy typography of the cover, and scanned letterpressed letters that speak to the individuality of each student.

Made in an edition of 250, each brochure features a letterpressed cover and hand-assembled interior crafted by myself and a few helpful hands.
